Too busy for breakfast? Then this is the drink for you. Healthy, tasty and quick and easy…. Extremely healthy and filling to get you through your morning.

In a Blender:

• 1/2 Cup Australian Rolled Oats
• 1 large banana
• 1 dessert spoon of Australian honey
• 1 dessertspoon Sesame Seeds
• 1 teaspoon Slippery Elm powder
• Add 250-300mls of milk of your choice
• Blend and drink
